Complements and Complaints

Leeds Directory is open to feedback both about how we do as a service and about the services that we list.

You can let us know how we did either by

  • submitting an online form via our contact form

  • calling helpline on 0113 378 4610 weekdays 9am to 5pm

If you feel that we are not responding to your feedback about our service you can also make a complaint through the Leeds City Council complaints policy. Find out more about making an adult social care complaint about Leeds Directory or call 0113 222 4405.

You can provide feedback or make a complaint about a provider by;

All complaints will be recorded and reviewed against the Leeds Directory Code of Good Practice. The action we take will depend on several factors, including the nature of the issues raised and a provider’s complaints history. We will work with you to try and reach a satisfactory outcome.
