The main front door services in Leeds include;

Forward Leeds offers free, confidential alcohol and drug support for people in Leeds. This include one-to-one and group support both for clients and their family members, health and wellbeing checks, peer support and much more.

St Anne's Alcohol Service provides 20 services which support individuals with drug and alcohol misuse issues including abuse. This includes prevention and early intervention, harm reduction and support to advocate when dealing with other health professions and much more.

Leeds Stop Smoking Service is dedicated to helping people improve their health and wellbeing through stopping smoking. This service offers support to help people make sustainable changes such as working with a health coach, providing resources to support your attempt and connect you with others on the same journey as you.
