Making the most of your listing

Follow these steps to make the most of your Leeds Directory listing:

Keep your listing up to date

It is important that when you change your contact details, make changes to your service or the areas you provide that service, or make changes that may affect your Green Tick status, that you update your directory listing. The last thing you want is for potential clients to have difficulty getting hold of you.

You can add additional information such as Facebook and Twitter links, your logo and more information to your listing – just speak to our Provider Monitoring Officer.

You can update your listing, through the ‘Suggest a Change’ on the site, through registering for an account to manage your listing or by contacting us.

Star Ratings and Reviews

Our research has proved time and again that the organisations near the top of the listings receive at least double the interest of those nearer the bottom.

It’s easy to get your organisation higher up the list, just ask your happy customers give their independent feedback via our Star Ratings Review Form.

The Directory order is highest rated first by default, then by the services with the most ratings so return them to us and get moving up the list!
