My Homecare (Yorkshire) Ltd provides quality personalised care and support services to the community of Leeds & surrounding areas, by promoting an individual’s wellbeing we can encourage and maintain an individual’s independence to remain happy within their own homes. We provide a variety of services, delivered by our consistent, dedication and quality care and support team.
A few of the activities we support individuals with are support with daily needs sucha as personal care, continence care and medication as well as social and home based support including support to access the communty, domestic duties and befriending.
We pride ourselves on having open & honest communications with the care and support staff, the management team and clients and representatives. We offer very competitive rates and a full breakdown of the cost of care provided. Our care and support team are fully trained, insured and DBS checked as a minimum. They received ongoing training to ensure all their skills, knowledge and abilities are current and relevant to the practice of individualised care and support.
