5 WAYS is a place for people in recovery and those who are coming to the end of their treatment for alcohol or drug issues.
It provides a safe and comfortable environment for people to gain support, advice and guidance.
5 WAYS offers a wide range of activities for those in recovery, including guitar lessons, yoga, an IT suite, a gardening group,art groups and much more.
People can attend a range of structured groups that provide ongoing support around mental health, addiction and wellbeing.
The centre offers a safe space for people now abstinent to build a new life for themselves free from substances and with the support of their peers.
5 WAYS takes its name from the nationally recognised five ways to mental wellbeing: connect, be active, learn, give and take notice.
The service has been running since 2016 and is open to anyone who feels they have experienced issues around alcohol or other drugs.
