Vision Care Services provides support to enable individuals to remain independent and limit their reliance on primary health services. Our support ranges from providing daily visits to vulnerable adults and children who have had a change in their circumstances to those who are needing a companion and mentorship when accessing the community. Our highly trained staff know how to manage individuals who are suffering from a range of both physical and mental health conditions. Our specialities is to support and manage individuals who have frequent contact with primary health and mental health services and to aid them to maintain their independence in the community im which we live.
