 Together Women provides holistic services to women and girls with multiple and complex issues across Yorkshire, Humberside and the North West of England. We have women’s centres in Leeds; Bradford; Hull; Sheffield; and HMP New Hall, as well as a social enterprise scheme at HMP Askham Grange. Our centres offer safe, women-only spaces from which key workers and sessional staff provide needs assessment, action-planning, support and case management for women referred by a number of different agencies. Centres also provide a wide range of group programmes, sessional training, workshops and self-help groups. Women can access mentoring support from trained peer mentors (former customers) and are encouraged towards personal growth and development. Our centres host co-located staff from other agencies (e.g. probation, alcohol/drug treatment, housing etc.) and we work closely with statutory partners in criminal justice, health and social care.
