It offers care for up to 30 residents living with a variety of life changing and limiting conditions including Diabetes, Parkinson’s Disease, and the long-term impact of strokes. The Home specialises in the care of Elderly residents living with mental health illnesses chief among these are Alzheimer’s diseases and Dementia.

Adel Grane supporta people to access the local community and engage in activities around the Home, providing them with a sense of purpose. Adel Grange also offers a dementia friendly interactive environment; this encourages residents to be more active and reduces agitation creating better outcomes in their daily living. Also, there is an easily accessible garden area which now has a brand-new decking area connected to the dedicated dining room.
