  Shield Health and Social Care domicillary service provides care and support flexible to meet the individual needs of the person. We offer Health and Welfare support, and care support to meet all personal care needs including support with all medication and mobility needs. Domestic support to meet all household needs and suport with mealtimes, to cook serve and monitor food and fluid intake to maintain a healthy diet . Medication support to cover areas required, from collection of medication, ordering and administering medication. To support family members caring for individuals, we can also provide, sleepover support, waking night support or respite care for short periods from social companionship weekly visits to providing support during a family holiday break.
  
  Our service manager for Shield Health and Social Care has over 30 years’ experience supporting people with disabilities and has also supported eldery service users at home and people with various cultures, one mainly the Jewish culture and diet requirements.
